I'm Vlad — a software creator and engineer based in the Netherlands, with a background spanning aerospace engineering, construction technology, intelligence, and software development.

Software is a means to an end. That end is always process optimization: understand the pain, find the problem-solution fit, build lean. The 20% you spend understanding the problem dictates 80% of the outcome.

Before any project kicks off — before any sprint planning or technical deep-dive — you sit down with a pen and paper and think about what you're actually solving. That part isn't wasted time. That's where the magic happens.

That's exactly how I work. I sit down with a partner and dig deep. Could take ten minutes, could take weeks. I'm known to not move on until the problem is truly understood.

Once it is — then comes the solution. I've built cutting-edge software in environments where people didn't know how to move forward, without outsourcing to expensive agencies that underdeliver anyway.

Good software starts with good thinking. Everything else is execution.
